• One year of Solid Edge® software, Premium annual subscription (approximate retail value of $3,940.00 USD)
• One seat for each engineer within your organization
• Includes online support (community and training resources) and Siemens Global Technical Access Center (GTAC) phone support.
• Open to legal entities in business for less than three years, with less than $1MM in funding and less than $1MM in annual revenue
• By participating in the program, you agree to sign a Siemens Digital Industries Software marketing approval release before the software will be licensed to your organization
• Siemens Digital Industries Software reserves the right to decline any application, for any reason
• Subject to Siemens Digital Industries Software’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here
• Siemens Digital Industries Software reserves the right to cancel this program at any time
• Offer valid for start-ups with physical addresses in the US, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Israel, Japan and China
• At the end of 1 year, applicant may reapply for the program if they still meet the terms and conditions in full, or can transition to a paid professional license.

If for any reason this program is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Siemens Digital Industries Software, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this incentive program, Siemens Digital Industries Software reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this program. If the program is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at http://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/giveaways.
