Jeroen Lanslots is Product Manager at Siemens Digital Industries Software, based in Leuven, Belgium. He is working on NVH applications in the domains of Active Sound Design, Pass-by Noise Engineering, and Sound Source Localization.
He started his career at LMS International in 2002 which was later acquired by Siemens in 2014. He previously held positions in research, in software development, and in business development.

Tom is Principal Engineer for the Engineering and Consulting Services at Siemens Digital Industries Software. He has 20 years of experience in automotive NVH, in different positions at LMS and Siemens as NVH Test Engineer, Team Leader and Program Manager. He also has an extensive experience as NVH Attribute Owner in large Vehicle Development programs for different OEM worldwide and various vehicle types.
