Real-world load data collected on agricultural, construction, and mining equipment is essential for both virtual and physical machine performance validation and verification. Field test conditions are amongst the hardest you can encounter, such as extreme temperatures, moisture, mud and dust, and high shock and vibration levels that pose challenges on any equipment. With pressure on deadlines, you need to speed up the acquisition campaign by optimizing operational processes from start to end. During measurements, you need to be able to capture as many physical phenomena as possible at the same time. Because we work in the field, we need a system that offers scalability from small to large channel count, and flexibility, instrumenting, and mounting the equipment in any possible way. We need our users to connect from any location, from their desk, on the proving ground, or over remote networks with any device, even with a smartphone.
