Tecnomatix Process Simulate Robotics software provides the tools necessary for the design and validation of manufacturing processes in a dynamic and highly visual environment where manufacturing engineers can author, re-use, validate and optimize manufacturing process sequences with realistic behavior using fully kinematic 3D models. Tecnomatix software's Process Simulate offline programming solution enables accurate simulations of robot motion sequences with download and upload of production programs to and from the shop floor. Interfaces to all major industrial robots, realistic controller simulation (RCS), virtual robot controller (VRC) support and XML-based program customization allow controller-specific motion planning, simulation and execution. Detailed information, including motion and process attributes, can be added to the generated robot paths for the creation of complete programs downloaded to the real controller, resulting in more efficient offline programming.
