西门子收购TASS International,将自动驾驶解决方案纳入软件产品组合

  • 全球仿真软件、工程和测试服务供应商TASS International的加入进一步增强西门子面向汽车行业的PLM软件组合

西门子近日宣布将收购面向汽车行业提供仿真软件、工程和测试服务的全球供应商TASS International。该公司总部位于荷兰海尔蒙德,专注于自动驾驶、集成式安全系统、高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)以及轮胎建模等技术,其广泛的解决方案将进一步增强西门子的产品生命周期管理(PLM)软件组合,强化西门子作为系统驱动的产品开发解决方案供应商在全球汽车行业的市场领先地位。

TASS International专注于自动驾驶解决方案和集成式安全系统(主动和被动),主要面向汽车行业。其PreScan软件能帮助汽车制造商、供应商和政府机构模拟复杂的交通状况,对自动驾驶解决方案和高级驾驶辅助系统进行虚拟验证。通过其领先的乘员安全建模软件Madymo,TASS International能够模拟汽车碰撞对人体的影响。TASS International的Delft-Tyre软件则可提供高精度的轮胎模型以进行汽车动力学、行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性的仿真。 

TASS International的仿真软件将与西门子先进的仿真软件组合Simcenter以及其新近收购的Mentor Graphics的电子设计自动化(EDA)解决方案进行整合,打造独一无二的全集成解决方案,实现高级驾驶辅助系统和自动驾驶系统的前期验证和确认,使西门子获得自动驾驶领域全球最完整的系统驱动型产品开发解决方案组合。

西门子将收购TASS International的全部股本(100%),并将其业务整合入西门子数字化工厂集团旗下的Siemens PLM Software。TASS International拥有约200名员工,年营业额为2,700万欧元。此次收购预计将于2017年9月初完成,双方一致同意不对外披露此次收购交易的财务信息。
