SEOUL, October 12, 2007 - Siemens PLM Software, a division of Siemens Automation and Drives (A&D) and a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, today announced that it will host UGS Connection 2007, its annual user conference, Oct. 18 - 19 in Gyeongju, Korea at the Hyundai Hotel in Bomoon Danji.
Paeng, Jung Kook, senior executive vice president and CIO, Information Technology Division of Hyundai Kia Motors, a key Siemens PLM Software customer, is scheduled to deliver the keynote address.
UGS Connection 2007 consists of three primary sections: a case study session, where Siemens PLM Software customers and partners present their successful cases; a demonstration session, where its software products such as NX , Teamcenter®, Tecnomatix™ , UGS Velocity Series™, including Solid Edge®, are demonstrated; and a study session, where the company’s product lines and specific deployment strategies are discussed. As in previous years, Siemens PLM Software will also host a model contest along with an awards ceremony.
Siemens PLM Software will unveil details of the much anticipated Teamcenter 2007 software, the latest version of its industry-leading digital platform and software portfolio. Teamcenter powers innovation and productivity by connecting people and processes with knowledge.
