Leveraging a Digital Twin for Innovation Efficiency

Improve time to market with Accelerated Equipment Design
Improve time to market with Accelerated Equipment Design
  • Is product complexity taxing your current systems and processes?
  • How do you avoid pitfalls resulting in penalties, increased scrap and warranty costs?
  • How do you design machines that deliver zero harm, zero emissions, and zero downtime?
  • How do you improve profitably in a globally competitive environment?

Heavy equipment manufacturers face increasing challenges, negatively impacting efficiency. As the industry moves towards machines that provide zero harm, zero downtime, and zero emissions, there is pressure from regulators to meet and exceed expectations. Product complexity makes it difficult to maintain quality and performance, especially given the pressure to reduce time-to-market. The need has never been greater to break down the traditional silos between electrical, mechanical, software and manufacturing teams – to solve issues earlier in the development process.
