Valentina is Industry Manager for Discrete Manufacturing at the Siemens Digital Industries Software, with the focus on quality. She started her journey in Siemens two years ago in the Business Enablement Team of Manufacturing Operations Management. Before joining Siemens, she held different positions in Quality Management and R&D, both in Italy and Poland. She also covered Project Management position, as “Certified Project Management Associate – IPMA Level D®️”. She holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari.

Dr. Raffaello Lepratti is Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Siemens Digital Industries Software. Dr. Lepratti holds a degree in electrical engineering, as well as a PhD in Advanced Human-Machine Collaboration. Over the years, he has worked on several international research projects, is the author of books and scientific papers, and is co-owner of several patents. He is a member of MESA’s international board of directors.
