Aircraft are required to be certified before being entered into service. As part of the electrical wiring certification, the loads on the electrical system need to be analyzed across the phases of flight and operation. This is especially important in aerospace as every tail number represents a unique aircraft (mass customization). With the digital twin, our solution enables continuous verifications of products throughout the development lifecycle. The world’s largest airframe manufacturers are able to analyze electrical loads and auto-generate the required reports, thereby automating what was previously a very manual and time-consuming process.
