Ship design services provided by highly qualified and experienced engineers

To provide FORAN users with the knowledge and skills required for efficient handling of the system, we offer numerous and varied on-demand training courses, as well as pre-scheduled courses open to individuals and companies. Our ship design services include implementation and commissioning support, maintenance, and on-site support.

  • Implementation and commissioning: Following installation, which the users themselves typically perform, we offer optional technical support during the commissioning period, either at the client’s facilities or remotely, to prepare FORAN’s initial configuration (library of standards, material specifications, production templates, development and testing of the links for production) in accordance with the procedures and methods of each shipyard.
  • Maintenance: Determined to keep in close contact with clients and to improve the FORAN system continuously, we provide a maintenance service that includes the launch of a new version each year and permanent technical support via the internet (online support line and conferences), telephone, and email.
  • On-site support: Upon request, we also provide on-site technical support so users may bolster their knowledge, develop optimal operational skills and get accustomed to the improvements and new functionalities introduced in recent launches.
