Design/validate the diagnostic requirements for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) of complex systems in an integrated analysis solution. With sustainment as the major cost contributor for complex systems, effectively build a FRACAS process that is crucial in order to optimize platform availability, Total Cost of Ownership, and future redesign activities. Ensure the accuracy of the budget estimation for a proposal by generating data to support a range of specific metrics to enhance the bid (e.g. Maintenance Cost per Operating Hour, MTBM, etc.).

Perform maintenance based on the health-state of your equipment allowing the maintenance personnel to do only the right things, minimizing spare parts cost, system downtime, and time spent on maintenance. You can make informed CBM design decisions and perform trade studies to identify the most cost-effective diagnostic/monitoring approach tailored to a particular asset and its operating profile.
“Close the loop” in the FRACAS process by linking failure reporting and real-live IOT asset data to failure analyses with a consistent taxonomy for failure and maintenance actions which enables health monitoring, fault detection and isolation, syndrome diagnostics and automated updating of the parameters in the digital risk twin. Use the newly updated reliability and criticality parameters to inform the process of maintenance assessment and assigning of appropriate corrective actions to mitigate key system degraders. Integrate the model-based analysis of Digital Risk Twin with the data structures in a Maintenance Management System (MMS) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution to enable an automated, closed-loop FRACAS.
