Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) recognize that service revenue is critical to their survival. At times, it can provide higher margins than their equipment and can generate upwards of 5 to 10 percent of overall revenue. To gain the most value from service operations and its associated training and maintenance content, OEMs should look toward digitalizing their entire design and manufacturing chain.

This monumental step toward digitalization begins with Service Lifecycle & Analytics (SLA), a connected digital thread enabling OEMs to maximize machine uptime and availability, increase service revenue and minimize service costs.
