® 환경 외부의 공급업체와 설계 데이터 교환은 Design Data Exchange를 통해 능률화됩니다. Teamcenter를 사용하면 대형 CAD 파일을 포함한 정보 패키지를 만들어 공급업체와 공유합니다. 공급업체는 안전한 웹 포털을 사용하여 요청 및 데이터 패키지를 수신하고, 같은 포털을 통해 응답을 다시 업로드하여 제출합니다. 신뢰할 수 있는 공급업체에게는 자체 교환 패키지를 요청하고 새 아이템을 생성할 수 있는 공급업체 자체 서비스에 대한 액세스 권한이 제공됩니다. 포털을 통해 액세스되는 Teamcenter data share manager는 대형 파일의 업로드와 다운로드를 간소화합니다. Briefcase Browser를 사용하면 공급업체가 압축된 CAD 파일을 탐색하고 고유 CAD 시스템에서 해당 파일을 열 수 있으며, 여기서 CAD 파일을 수정한 후 Briefcase Browser에 다시 저장합니다. 추적 능력, 감사 및 버전 제어 기능을 사용하여 효율적이고 효과적이며 투명한 프로세스를 실행 합니다.

Securely and easily exchange large files with suppliers outside of your Teamcenter
Efficiently integrating your extended suppliers with PLM processes can be a key factor in time-to-market and cost saving objectives. Teamcenter Design Data Exchange provides you with an efficient, secure, and scalable supplier integration solution for exchanging product data (including large CAD files, JT files, specifications, etc.) with suppliers outside of your Teamcenter environment. The Teamcenter data share manager, accessed through the supplier web portal, simplifies the upload and download of large files, including CAD designs.
Targeted data sharing for secure and efficient exchanges with suppliers
Design Data Exchange capabilities provide suppliers with direct access to Teamcenter data that they need to support their tasks, and provides Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with the opportunity to exchange smaller, targeted (access rights applied), and “fresher” data packages with less administrative effort.
With targeted data control as part of your supplier collaboration process, you can be assured that your critical product design data is traceable and delivered to the right suppliers, securely and efficiently with Teamcenter. Access rules in Teamcenter are applied to each individual supplier user, ensuring suppliers have access to only the data they need to get the job done.Version control and tracking of data shared with suppliers
With the Teamcenter Design Data Exchange solution, you have visibility into your supplier’s design data exchange activities, where you can track all design data exchange activities, and benefit from coordinated sharing. The OEM sponsor can track all activities with suppliers, including all file uploads and downloads.
Teamcenter sponsors are able to assign modification rights on design data to allow suppliers to update designs. When modification rights are granted, data is checked out and Teamcenter anticipates supplier updates. Different versions of design data can be tracked. Comparison reports can be generated between design data file versions, with color coding to highlight new changes that come in from suppliers.
