Siemens Digital Twin Seminar Series for Heavy Equipment Manufacturers
Leveraging a Digital Twin for Innovation Efficiency
Heavy equipment manufacturers face increasing challenges, negatively impacting efficiency. As the industry moves towards machines that provide zero harm, zero downtime, and zero emissions, there is pressure from regulators to meet and exceed expectations. Product complexity makes it difficult to maintain quality and performance, especially given the pressure to reduce time-to-market. The need has never been greater to break down the traditional silos between electrical, mechanical, software and manufacturing teams – to solve issues earlier in the development process.
