Innovazione e gestione dei programmi sincronizzata e collaborativa per i nuovi programmi
The Siemens Frontier Partner Program helps early-stage technology startups develop and bring to market breakthrough solutions for 3D printing, robotics, and augmented and virtual reality. Frontier Partners receive access to industry and domain expertise, access to our industry-leading portfolio of software solutions, as well as resources to help companies innovate, scale and shape the future of product design and manufacturing.
Are you an early-stage technology startup? Do you have a breakthrough idea that could transform additive manufacturing, augmented and virtual reality, robotics, or artificial intelligence? Would building on our solutions (e.g. incorporating our tools in your product, or packaging your product as an add-on to our tools) accelerate your development?
The Siemens Frontier Partner Program helps early-stage technology startups develop innovative new software technologies that have the potential to transform the product design and manufacturing landscape.
Frontier Partners enjoy access to our portfolio of software solutions, developer resources, and marketing support to catalyze their success. They leverage our well-established sales channels to get their new solutions to market quickly. Frontier Partners also help us build on our proven and scalable software solutions, but we do not expect partners to share any unprotected IP or source code with us during the application or throughout the program.

3D printing is growing up: moving from a prototyping tool to a production method for high performance components. But there is much still to be done to make it sufficiently simple, reliable, and secure for widespread industrial use. We believe the game-changing ideas in 3D printing are coming from startups, and we want to accelerate the development of these ideas and get them to market so that our customers can benefit.
We are looking for partners with new approaches to software workflow, security and DRM, simulation, optimization, quality assurance, collaboration and sharing tools, printer interoperability, marketplaces and distribution.
Augmented and virtual reality technologies (AR/VR) are increasingly gaining traction in industrial settings. At Siemens, we observe increasing interest from our industrial customers for AR/VR across the whole product lifecycle, from design through production to maintenance and operations. Startups are playing a leading role in advancing new technologies in AR/VR, and our goal is to accelerate industrial-focused developments and get them to market so that Siemens' customers can benefit.
We are looking for startups with new AR or VR solutions related to product and process design, simulation, maintenance and repair, remote collaboration, training, and supporting the sales process.
Advances in sensor technology and AI have opened the way for the creation of autonomous robots. This autonomy enables new applications for robotics in manufacturing, including close collaboration with humans and machines in a production environment. But these new robots require a different set of software tools for simulation, programming or teaching, and operation. Startups play a key role in developing and scaling these new tools. Our Frontier Partners Program accelerates startup technology developments in collaborative robotics.
We are looking for partners with new approaches to simulation, motion planning, robot interoperability, human-robot-collaboration, teaching and optimization in the industrial robotics field. If you are developing on ROS (Robot Operating System), we are interested in exploring interface needs.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the main drivers for innovation today and continues to transform industries. Expanding the use of AI is essential to our business, as it allows us to develop richer digital threads and optimize designs for our customers. With the massive digitalization of Industry 4.0, AI has enormous potential to optimize the entire manufacturing value chain; it could enable the trustworthy processing and analysis of large and complex datasets over the entire lifecycle – for better products, more efficient software, and optimized production.
We are looking for startups with unique industrial solutions based on Artificial Intelligence models. Applicants must demonstrate that their models focus on technical and operational aspects of AI transformation as well as the possible challenges it poses.
