Juergen Bauer comenzó su carrera como ingeniero en la industria de la automoción en 1997, momento en el cual ya estaba muy involucrado en los configuradores de productos. Fue el arquitecto principal en el sector industrial de Siemens para el despliegue de Teamcenter como columna vertebral del PLM para el cliente. Juergen posee un profundo conocimiento de un gran número de clientes de las industrias automovilística, aeroespacial, de maquinaria y de bienes de consumo en relación con los conceptos, las tendencias, los requisitos y las mejores prácticas para la configuración de productos. En su puesto actual, Juergen es responsable de la gestión de productos del configurador de productos de Teamcenter y Rulestream.
