Vehicle NVH integration from concept to validation through MBD
MBD pushes the boundaries of evaluating NVH performance.
To avoid late troubleshooting of NVH integration issues, manufacturers seek solutions to shift the workload emphasis from test and troubleshooting to system simulation.
We will explain how to incorporate NVH performances in the concept phase by means of a model-based development (MBD) approach. This will be demonstrated with real application examples, such as; judder, booming, rattle, tip-in/tip-out, engine start-stop, electric motor torque ripple, etc. Additionally, we will describe how to balance NVH with energy management and drivability.
