Improve Aftermarket Operations with Service Lifecycle Management

The winner of the unplanned downtime race will capture more market share, increase product sales, improve customer retention and brand recognition. Inaccurate asset configuration information delays response times and first-time-fix rates, thereby increasing cost, lowering profitability and customer satisfaction. These are common issues that prevent manufacturers from expanding their service offerings especially as demand for more complex products increase.

Additional benefits include:

  • Compliance with full traceability of asset configurations
  • Improved product quality and serviceability
  • Reduced inventory cost

Join us on March 3rd as we discuss how achieving zero unplanned downtime requires integrating service lifecycle processes across engineering and manufacturing operations.
