Offshore oil & gas equipment is subjected to all extremes of the weather. In the case of offshore floating production facilities, this includes the constant battering from wind and waves. This webinar will discuss the work undertaken by TechnipFMC in the development, application and validation of wind and wave loading for offshore floating production facilities. The work presented focuses on the application of Simcenter STAR-CCM+ and how TechnipFMC deploys the tool in offshore system design.
