UGS Shows Mid-Sized Manufacturers how to Improve New Product Development Processes Through PLM

PLANO, Texas – UGS Corp., a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, today announced the expansion of its “Fast Track to PLM” SMB educational seminar series to help mid-size manufacturers understand how to improve their new product development (NPD) processes by implementing a PLM strategy.

In a recently published report “Profitable Product Development for SME,”  Aberdeen Group reports that small to medium-sized companies are enjoying significant performance advantages in hitting their NPD targets – including revenue, cost, launch dates and quality – by employing PLM technologies.
