ExploreMES production tracking capabilities provide the status of production and the disposition of work. Status information may include personnel assigned to the work; component materials used in production; current production conditions; and any alarms, rework, or other exceptions related to the product. The functionality includes the capability to record the production information allowing forward and backward traceability of components and their use within each end product.
MES production tracking capabilities provide the status of production and the disposition of work. Status information may include personnel assigned to the work; component materials used in production; current production conditions; and any alarms, rework, or other exceptions related to the product. The functionality includes the capability to record the production information allowing forward and backward traceability of components and their use within each end product.
Carrier tracking supports the traceability and control of carriers/pods on the production floor. This includes slot map tracking and multiple lot per carrier and multiple carriers per lot tracking. Multi-level carriers and various coordinate models to position products in carriers are also supported.
Process Tracing provides:
You can track all production and inspection activities for work orders with references to wafer Id, lots, batches and equipment, and carriers.
Resource tracing provides a backward and forward genealogy of materials consumed, setup and execution processes, equipment utilized, parametric and quality data collected, etc. You can track materials, lots, or equipment and their processes across the entire supply chain of their fabrication plant, probe, assembly, and test operations.
Personnel can be added to shifts and teams and shift calendars can be modeled. In this manner planning and execution can be matched optimally and KPI's like shift output can be monitored.
A high performance engine is available that allows tracking single items (dies, units, modules) through automation at high volume. This enables single item traceability where required.
