Increase productivity and stay compliant with requirements capture and reuse

Requirements capture and reuse with Teamcenter® Requirements Management allows you to embed requirements across the product lifecycle enabling you to drive product development toward compliance. Once defined in Teamcenter, requirements can be tied to standard product management processes including change, workflows, variants, etc. and also be included in standard reports and dashboards making requirements a part of standard management practices.

The process begins by capturing and parsing requirements from a variety of sources including Word documents, PDF files, Excel spreadsheets, data exchange files (such as RIF), and other formats. The Teamcenter Microsoft Office® integration allows you to interact directly with Teamcenter from Word and Excel, to create and update requirement content. Over time, you can also reuse existing requirements from previous projects, minimizing rework and allowing for significant productivity improvements with fewer requirements to manage.
