In addition to Adobe document management, Teamcenter customers can also deploy an advanced proofing solution with collaboration, annotation, and markup for faster viewing.

Designers and illustrators can access Teamcenter from Adobe CC Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop to search and navigate existing artwork and layout images to find the content you want. With managed Adobe documents, you can view product schedules, submit your artwork for review, and view your vendor or customers comments. Color books and templates for managing consistency can be organized by project and applied to the correct artwork. Save your work back to Teamcenter and manage the release cycles, all from within the applications you’re used to.
Teamcenter Advanced Proofing can help you develop artwork and packaging using advanced markup capabilities such as collaborative review/markup, deep zoom, color separation, and pixel-level markup for PDF and other file types. Comments and annotations on the file are managed and captured automatically. By collaborating on artwork design and proofing within Teamcenter, you can align and deliver artwork and packaging in step with product design and change.
You can open the files in Teamcenter, drag and drop digital assets onto artwork and layouts for re-use of text, graphics, logos, and photos. Re-used assets are linked and embedded in artwork, but are managed as separate objects, and can be managed and released separately from artwork. Templates and color books for specific product families are available to support consistency and save time in managing layouts.
