Innovation and collaborative, synchronized program management for new programs
Siemens today announced that its PLM Software business unit has been awarded a 5-Star rating in the CRN 2014 Partner Program Guide. The annual directory is the definitive listing of technology vendors that service solution providers or provide products through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs. CRN is a media outlet of The Channel Company.
Siemens PLM Software’s Channel Partner community includes more than 650 independent solution providers, employing over 7,500 people that support more than 40,000 customers worldwide. Siemens continues to enhance its Channel Partner program for PLM software through increased investment in the program and through the continued growth and expansion of its entire extended enterprise. By providing access to its world-class PLM software solutions, open business philosophy, high partner services attach rates, technology partner network and dedicated workforce, Siemens PLM Software has created a global Channel Partner program that extends its market reach, delivers above market revenue growth, and increases profitability for its channel partners.
To determine the 2014 5-Star recipients, The Channel Company’s Research team assessed each vendor’s application based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
“Solution providers have a lot of choices when it comes to selecting vendor partners. Identifying the right vendor, with the right technologies, and the right approach can make all the difference,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “Our annual Partner Program Guide and 5-Star rating recognizes the very best channel programs available in the market today to help solution providers determine which vendor delivers the best partner elements for their individual business goals.”
“We are honored to receive a 5-Star Partner rating from CRN for the eighth straight year,” said Jeff Zobrist, Vice President of Global Solution Partner Sales, Siemens PLM Software. “This repeated recognition underscores the consistent quality and rich experience of the extended channel team that supports our partners’ businesses every day. This quality and experience is why our channel partner revenue contribution has more than doubled since the program was launched. Today, our commitment to our channel partners’ success is stronger than ever and is supported by the positive feedback we receive directly from our partners around the globe.”
The 2014 Partner Program Guide will be featured on CRN.com and the 5-Star Partners listing will be highlighted in the April issue of CRN.
