UGS PLM Software, a division of Siemens Automation and Drives (A&D) and a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, today revealed details of Version 5 of NX™ software at an event in Mexico City, where the company highlighted how this new product will provide Greater Powers to the manufacturing industry. NX 5 is the next generation of UGS® digital product development software designed to help companies develop innovative products faster and more cost-efficiently.
NX 5 delivers breakthrough technologies and usability such as Design Freedom, Active Mockup and NX Your Way, offering more flexibility, coordination, and higher productivity. Additionally, NX 5 seamlessly integrates CAD/CAM/CAE into a unified, open environment. The latest release provides users with a new, extremely intuitive user interface to develop innovative products.
