PLM WORLD, ANAHEIM, California -- EDS today announced H B Fuller has selected Te amcenter®, EDS flagship product data management software suite, as its knowledge management solution -- marking the initial chemical industry sector c lient for EDS in product lifecycle management (PLM) and furthering its penetrati on into new industry segments as it expands its PLM business. Through the agreement, terms of which were not disclosed, H.B. Fuller will use T eamcenter to manage the design of chemical formulations associated with mission- critical processes in raw materials management, formulated materials management and lab project management. Teamcenter will improve time-to-market by providing a digital enterprise backbone that will enable global teams to unite product kn owledge with process innovation to deliver business value, allowing H.B. Fuller to get new products to market faster, facilitate innovation and reduce the cost of new product development.
