Assembly Automation

Assembly automation is the application of technology for minimizing or eliminating the manual labor requirements of component manufacturing. Until relatively recently, the process of putting components together, or assembling them, was physically labor-intensive. Today, assembly automation facilitates more cost-efficient and productive manufacturing processes.
