  • Managing Manufacturing Execution System (MES)implementation project, from initiation through delivery for customer
  • Managing project implementation scope, schedule, cost, resources, well leadership management and coordination for internal team and external team
  • Secure delivery excellence, complete project with high quality, within time and budget
  • Engage in service selling and contract cycle, working with eco system for business development
  • Maintain customer relationship and seek add-on business from customer
  • Capable of managing several projects occurring simultaneously

Job Requirement

  • With 5 years above MES software development experience.
  • Demonstrate track record of successful large enterprise IT system platform development & Implementation, MES preferred, ERP/PLM are welcome.
  • Certified PMI PMP preferred, or equivalent hands-on project management working experience.
  • Family with software engineering and deployment methodology.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Degree in Computer Science, IT or Computer Engineering.
  • Preferred MES domain knowledge and industrial experience of Semiconductor, Medical device, High tech & Electronics.
  • Fluent in English documentation read/write and oral communication.
  • Have good logic analytical skills and good communication skill, team work is required
