Simulation is a crucial part of the product engineering process. During last year, Siemens PLM Software continued expanding its capabilities in this field, also through acquisitions, such as the recent purchase of TASS international. Thanks to this and previous investments, Simcenter 3D has extended and improved its multidisciplinary simulation capabilities. In fact, this release includes more new developments than ever before. This has allowed us to increase the synergy we obtained by aligning the various 3D simulation solutions as well as by linking with 1D system simulation and test.
During this seminar, we want to introduce Simcenter 3D version 12, and focus on how Simcenter 3D can boost your engineering process. But we will also illustrate how it can link to the broader Simcenter portfolio and have a deep dive in the possibilities to manage your CAE data during a morning masterclass.
A second morning breakout session will focus on STAR-CCM+. Originally a state of the art computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code, STAR-CCM+ has become a simulation platform that can also handle particle flows, multiphase flows, reacting flow, electro chemistry, fluid-thermal-structure-stress interaction, and more.
This event is as also an opportunity to interact with Siemens specialists, and to network with CAE peers.
