KC Yee is senior vice president and managing director, Asia Pacific, for Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Industry Automation Division. KC and his team are responsible for sales, sales support and services delivery in Asia Pacific region.

KC is an experienced IT executive with nearly 30 years experience, more than half of which has been spent in the application software business, in a number of country and regional positions across the Asia Pacific region. He has spent time working at IBM, SSA, Atos, JD Edwards, Serena Software and most recently Infor Global Solutions Inc., a $3b global applications provider offering ERP, SCM, PLM, Accounting and BI solutions. Starting as a sales executive at IBM, KC’s career has taken him into sales management, sales operations, product management, consulting and services practice management. He has been in APAC general management roles for more than 15 years.

While most of his career had been spent selling and implementing solutions to the manufacturing industry and industrial sector companies, KC also has had exposure to distribution, banking, insurance, transport and telecommunication industries.

KC, who is based in Hong Kong, is married with two teenage children.
