This form is used to change the network server, i.e. LMHostid and or IP Address on Academic Software accounts. And to cancel the Siemens PLM Software renewal academic licenses. The cancellation will take effect 60 days from the date of this request.
This is the standard contract used for the sale of Siemens PLM Software licenses and standard services issued to our customers.
This is an additional schedule to our standard Software License and Services Agreement. It is used for licensing software to GO PLM Partners (Academic Institutions, Youth Development Programs, Regional Productivity Programs, Global Community Relations Partners, and Partners for the Advancement of Collaborative Engineering Education (PACE) as part of the Siemens PLM Program. It covers specific terms and conditions for GO PLM Partners and special terms and conditions using the listed academic bundles.
This contract should be used when licensing a single copy of academic software to a college student or faculty member.
The grant application is used to aid in the of processing of in-kind academic software requests. It is reviewed, signed and approved by both the Regional PLM Software Executive and the Director of the GO PLM Program. The information gathered is used for internal tracking purposes and must be issued to ensure prompt and suffi cient software ordering processes.
