GO PLM Grant Application

The grant application is used to aid in the of processing of in-kind academic software requests. It is reviewed, signed and approved by both the Regional PLM Software Executive and the Director of the GO PLM Program. The information gathered is used for internal tracking purposes and must be issued to ensure prompt and suffi cient software ordering processes.

Software License and Services Agreement

This is the standard contract used for the sale of Siemens PLM Software licenses and standard services issued to our customers and GO PLM Partners.

Academic Single User License Agreement

This contract should be used when licensing a single copy of academic software to a college student or faculty member.

Academic Single User Quote Sheet

This quote should and filled out and issued with the Academic Single User License Agreement for a single copy of academic software to a college student or faculty member.

Common Licensing for NX

Overview

Siemens PLM Software is moving to a common licensing scheme for all products. The rollout will be taking place a few products at a time and as other products move to common licensing, customers will benefit from a single license daemon, a merged common Siemens license file and more efficient license administration.

Change Request Form

This form is used to change the network server, i.e. LMHostid and or IP Address on Academic Software accounts. And to cancel the Siemens PLM Software renewal academic licenses. The cancellation will take effect 60 days from the date of this request.

Academic Training Request Form

Current Academic Partners are entitled to free Center-Based Training;-to locate the facility closest to the academic institution please review the following classes listed on the Training Web Site. Pick the class of your choice, with 2 alternative and fax form back to the GO PLM office: 314 264 8930.

• Tax Exempt Certifi cate (if applicable) - Any amounts payable pursuant to the issued quotation are exclusive of all federal, state, local, municipal or other excise, sales, use, property or similar taxes and fees, now in force or enacted in the future and all such taxes and fees be paid by the Academic Partner, but are waived with the submission of a current 501C3 ( tax exempt certificate or letter). - US only
