Tony Hemmelgarn is Senior Vice president and U.S. Country Manager for Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Industry Automation Division. In his current role, Hemmelgarn is responsible for sales, sales support and services delivery for the U.S. Country organization.
Formerly he was Sr. Vice President of the U.S. Industry Verticals and the Ford account. In this role, Hemmelgarn was responsible for directing deployment, software development, business development, customer support, training and supply chain integration for Siemens PLM Software at Ford Motor Company. Hemmelgarn and his team were also responsible for sales, sales support and services delivery in the Industry Verticals for North America.
Previously, he spent eight years with Intergraph Corporation, an international software firm. At Intergraph, Hemmelgarn assumed increasing levels of responsibility, progressing from technical management to regional technical director and director of Sales and Marketing. He moved to Intergraph from Cad Cam Incorporated where he headed up the services division.
Hemmelgarn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton.
He and his wife, Margie, reside in Canton, Mich., along with their two sons.
