Basic Trimming and Capping Operations
The animation illustrates the fully reversible effects of trimming and capping offset loops.
Self-intersecting Spline and Ellipse Offsets
When the offset of an edge represented by an ellipse or parametric curve intersects itself, the PGM will perform the appropriate trimming operation.
Global Trimming of Spline Offset
The animation illustrates the effects of offsetting spline curves with and without the PGM’s trimming capabilities.

Constraints to Loops
The PGM allows dimensions to be placed on to loops of geometry.
Constraint Reallocation
The PGM trims offset loop geometry to maintain a consistent offset solution.
Edge Reversal
In this example, the height of a profile is modified interactively. As the distance dimension is increased, the lengths of the vertical edges in the base loop and its offset (top centre) diminish.
