Global Professional Services (GPS)

Installation
GPS engineers can install any Siemens electronics manufacturing software product at your site. The installation can include local setup, workstation setup, application setup, shared setup, and security setup.

Training
Courses are offered both in-house and on-site. To schedule a UniCam FX or Test Expert training session, contact your regional support or info.unicam.plm@siemens.com

Third-Party Software Integrations
Our GPS engineers can connect our systems with most custom or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software. Some typical examples are enterprise resource planning (ERP) updates and data imports, barcode printing, and component information imports.

Custom Reports
GPS engineers can create custom reports, seamlessly integrated into existing systems.

Automated Data Collection Interfaces

• Collect defect and variable data from functional test, in-circuit test (ICT), flying probe, and automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment for reporting and alarms.
• Collect component placement information from assembly machines for traceability reporting.

Customer Support

Technical support is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM local time (except major local holidays). Support is offered in local languages all over the world.
