Rose Marie E. Glazer is general counsel and secretary for Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Industry Automation Division. Glazer is responsible for the global legal affairs of the company, as well as oversight of all corporate governance matters. Before becoming general counsel, Glazer was associate counsel and compliance officer at Siemens PLM Software, where she was responsible for monitoring compliance with governance documents, providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions, establishing the company's first compliance program and overseeing the company's compliance with U.S. federal securities regulations.
In November 2004, Glazer joined Siemens PLM Software from Telvista, Inc., an international contact center company. Glazer was Telvista's vice president and general counsel. Prior to joining Telvista, Glazer held in-house counsel positions at Allied Riser Communications and American Airlines. Before that, she was an attorney with the Jones Day law firm in Dallas.
Glazer is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, American Corporate Counsel Association, and Ethics and Compliance Officer Association.
Glazer earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law, Dallas. She also has a BBA in Accounting and a BA in Spanish also from Southern Methodist University. Glazer resides in Dallas with her husband, Bill, and children Carl, Samantha and Sydney.
