  Tecnomatix Unicam can create libraries for your machines, testers, and general systems (part and shape libraries) that are all within the software application.

  GPS Engineers can assist you with creating many different kinds of programs including machine programs and tester programs.

Audit Services

GPS Engineers can look at how your factory is run and how the workflow is generated. The engineer will then gain a brief understanding of your current and past process history, and inform you of any potential risk areas. You will also be informed of any good, bad, and poor practices that are currently occurring. The GPS Engineer will also define the different responsibilities of the employees in your factory, and determine how well the workflow is generated. All information gathered is analyzed and distributed to you.

Turn-Key Implementation

This service gets you up and running with any new Tecnomatix Unicam application with minimum impact on your resources. A GPS Engineer will come to your site, install the software, create your libraries and generate output for up to three jobs. This service includes:

• Installation

  The engineer will install all Tecnomatix Unicam products on your system. The installation includes local workstation setup, server application setup, shared directory setup, and security setup.

• Library setup (if applicable)

  The GPS Engineer can set up your general libraries and your machine libraries for all of your Tecnomatix Unicam software.

• Machine Program Generation

  Machine programs can be provided to you for up to three jobs.

• Validation

  The engineer will check t he validity of the data produced.

• Work Flow Documentation

  The GPS Engineer will help you create the type of documentation that you need for your current workflow. You will be shown how to create templates, manage color files, and effectively create documentation between multiple users and multiple departments.

• Training
