To accelerate awareness and education on the importance of the company’s commitment to diversity, the company has established a global diversity council.
The Council's membership is reflective of our diverse workforce and business environment, thereby adding to the group's effectiveness. The council members champion processes, practices and policies that promote an inclusive work environment and provide measurable results toward our diversity goals.
Chaired by two executive sponsors the council meets on a quarterly basis. Members take on responsibility for various action assignments focused on diversity awareness and action within Siemens PLM software and the communities where our employees and customers work and live.
