• ECAD Process Management – Teamcenter’s ECAD application management capabilities now support all major ECAD logic design and printed circuit board layout applications. Component library management provides a master library of ECAD components with synchronization to the native ECAD tool, with support for standard classification hierarchies. Embedded, intelligent visualization now includes schematic logic diagrams with cross-probing between corresponding logical, physical and BOM views. Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFx) capabilities allow you to validate tool-neutral information to discover design problems before they reach production.
• Supply Chain Collaboration – Electronics supplier data exchange functions provide standards-based BOM information exchange supporting PDX and Excel. Approved Vendor List and Approved Manufacturer List (AVL/AML) management capabilities offer enhanced preferred vendor management and vendor part management, including compliance information.
