UGS Asia Pacific is soliciting papers for its fourth Asia Pacific PLM Innovation Award (previously known as AP PLM Excellence Award).
The UGS PLM Innovation Award recognizes customers in Asia Pacific who have achieved innovative business results through leveraging PLM solutions. Participation in the PLM Innovation Award offers your company widespread exposure through marketing activities such as editorial opportunities in major industry publications local and international. Winners will be invited to UGS Connection in 2008 in the U.S. to present their cases. Furthermore, the grand prize winner will receive a UGS Executive Collaboration Suite as well as the honor of keeping the PLM Innovation Award traveling trophy for one year.
The UGS Executive Collaboration Suite consists of Teamcenter Community with training and maintenance for one year combined with hardware set.
Your success stories will be leveraged for maximum exposure, helping to make this a positive experience for all involved. (See the past grand prize winners' stories)
Please review the following guidelines:
- Deadline for submissions: February 28, 2007
- Form of submission: Submit your paper online from here.
- Qualifications for applicant: Active commercial customer of UGS in Asia Pacific.
- Qualifications for submission: Any cases submitted previously for the AP PLM Excellence Award will be disqualified. Incorrect format will also result in disqualification. The cases must be completed and must include actual results.
- Language: All documents should be submitted in English
- Materials to submit: Presentation document
Award
- Grand Prize: UGS Executive Collaboration Suite and a trip to UGS Connection 2008 in USA to present case
- Runner-Up: Trip to UGS Connection 2008 in USA to present case
- Announcement: Press Release in June, 2007
- Winners will be selected by a team of judges consisted of internal and external expertise by reviewing the papers. Judges will consider the following:
- Business challenges that PLM solutions were considered
- Solutions profile that was involved in the program
- Innovation that was enabled by the PLM implementation
- Benefit the PLM implementation brought to the company
- Next steps leveraging PLM solutions
