Be among the first to implement this essential tool
Earlier this year, UGS announced the availability of Teamcenter™ for Reporting and Analytics software (read the press release) through a partnership with eQ Technologic, Inc. Since the product began shipping in May, customers have been experiencing greater visibility to their product development process.
With Teamcenter for Reporting and Analytics, you can generate reports from Teamcenter and other business applications, then analyze trends, product release status, quality status and areas of bottlenecks, like quality, organizational, people, supplier and schedule issues. You can, for example, generate reports for:
- Number of change requests, designs approved and rejected, and areas of frequent bottlenecks every week
- Frequency of different types of errors over time
- Number of errors for a period specified by the user
- Number of late designs with number of days late every week
- Number of design error counts, analysis, open and closed errors every week
- Number of new parts designed versus existing parts used
Teamcenter for Reporting and Analytics is integrated within Teamcenter's open PLM architecture. It can be integrated with other information systems through the database manager or application APIs to incorporate data from multiple sources into reports.
