The PLM World conference is right around the corner, May 8-12 in Long Beach, CA. PLM World and UGS marketing and development teams are working together to make this the best one ever! With PLM World's recent merger with the Solid Edge / Velocity Series customers groups, our Chairman, John Manderfield, is pulling out all the stops to make a huge splash at our Monday morning general session with a new face of PLM World. He will welcome this entire community and reemphasize what the members of this User Group mean to each other. His energy will propel us forward to a bigger, stronger Voice of the User.
PLM World's focus is to provide our members with year-round vehicles for open discussions and idea sharing. Our discussion board is filled with questions, responses and dialogue among PLM World citizens and UGS readers. Our quarterly newsletter is packed with technical articles from users around the globe and product tips and updates from the UGS development team. Our monthly eUpdates keep readers informed of our daily activities. Our Customer Involvement Process (CIP) allows users like you to influence UGS' product direction. All of these services are free to you when you sign up to become a PLM World citizen.
Our annual Conference is a weeklong activity packed with information for every type of UGS customer. There are over 350 technical sessions in 13 different tracks and over 40 UGS-sponsored free product training sessions. In addition, there are numerous other networking opportunities to meet with users and managers from other companies, and with marketing, development and executives from UGS. At the conference, you can learn new skills and knowledge to increase your day-to-day productivity. As an attendee, you will also receive a CD containing the conference presentations.
