Learning Advantage - Corporate Memberships Take Training to a Higher Level
Coming Soon, UGS Learning Advantage Corporate Membership enables companies to manage and track end user self-paced training with a new Administrator Account. Click here to see a preview of its capabilities. With an Administrator account, customers are able to:
Manage Users
- Create new user accounts, which includes access to self-paced Memberships.
- Delete a user (if the user leaves the company/group). Note, when a user is deleted, they can no longer access their account, but their personal records are preserved for historical reporting purposes. Also, deleting a user frees up a Membership for another user to have.

Track/Report Learning Progress
- Track Membership utilization, which shows number purchased and number assigned (or number available)

- Track Membership usage, which includes logins and course consumption.

- Drill Down reports, which displays high level aggregate reports down to individual metrics.
